Frequently Asked Questions



  • Essentials
    For beginniers and seasoned movers, these classes focus on foundational exercises with options to modify for more challenge. If you are a new to SYP please start with Essentials.

    Elevate
    A step up with layered choreography and increased spring challenges.

    Jumpflow
    A mix of reformer and cardio work using the jump board.

    Sculpt
    Incorporates weights and increased spring tension to tone up.

  • Grip Socks are required for your safety and sanitization. You can find them online or we have them available to purchase in the studio. Come a little early to pick them out!

    Water Bottle refill station with filtered water is always available in the studio for your convenience.

  • We are located at 20 Thomas St. We are right next to Frank Guido’s Little Italy and Kingston Alteration Center. Google Maps may lead you to the back exit near Village Coffee but that door may not be open so please enter via the staircase on Thomas St.

  • There is plenty of free parking available at the Kingston Cornell lot and it’s the easiest place to park because we are right across the street. Just head towards Frank Guido’s and Kingston Alteration Center until we get our exterior signs up! If it gets a little busy there are usually some prime street spots available next to yellow building on Fashion Lane.
